He is the co-author of “News of Interest”, an investor newsletter circulated to SFG investors across the United States.

“Mrs. Tallman joined the team at Seattle Funding Group in 2011 as Senior Loan Processor and Closer, bringing with her over 22 years of commercial real estate experience. Denise began her career during the Savings and Loan crisis in late 1980’s and was able to navigate through a down market with an experienced team of professionals. “Mr. McBride has been with SFG since 2001 and is the manager of Seattle Funding Group’s construction department. Before a construction loan is approved, Jim reviews the project plans, permits, cost analysis and builder history to determine the feasibility of a projects success. After a construction loan is funded, he performs field inspections and makes recommendations for progress payments. Prior to joining SFG, Jim was with Steve Burnstead Construction Company for 13 years as a Field Superintendent and Warranty Manager, responsible for the construction of over 500 new homes. Jim graduated from Washington State University in 1978 with two music degrees. Rumor has it he plays a mean trombone when he’s not running his teenage boys between hockey matches and the symphony.”

“Mr. Wagner started his commercial real estate career in Seattle in 1980 with Ewing and Clark, Inc. where he was involved in commercial real estate sales, leasing and management. He co-founded Market Associates, LLC in 1990 where he added real estate acquisitions and consulting to his skill set. In 2014 he moved full time to Phoenix, AZ. and founded Insite Properties, LLC who provides consulting services for commercial real estate acquisitions. Mr. Wagner enjoys most outdoor activities, including biking, swimming, snow skiing and hiking. He also is a principal owner of Branford Bike, LLC in Seattle, which performs custom build and repair of road/tri/cross bicycles. Rodd earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Washington; and graduate level paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego Law School.”

“Mrs. Guyll has been involved in accounting aspects of the financial service industry since 1982 and joined SFG Funds in 1993. Experience from her responsibilities as CFO and Financial/Operation Principal of a Broker/Dealer provided her background for managing the books and records of the SFG Funds as well as supporting audit functions as they were developed in the mid-2000s. Jan also supports investor administration, property and investment management, from an accounting perspective.”

“Mr. Benzel joined SFG in 1999. As administrator for the SFG Family of Funds, his duties include managing the investor database, processing new investor orders, preparing the secured notes, interest payments and other correspondence issued to Fund investors, and helping maintain the financial books and records of the Funds. Eric is also responsible for supporting SFG's relationships with several securities broker dealers, their registered representatives, third party custodians and other financial professionals. Eric graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Accounting and worked as a Staff Accountant prior to joining the SFG team.”

“Mrs. Case has been the Corporate Controller for SFG, LTD since joining the team in 1997. She is responsible for supervising accounting functions for all loan transactions, preparing financial statements as well as playing an integral role in the checks and balances between Seattle Funding Group and the SFG Family of Income Funds. Karin was instrumental in the design and implementation of SFG’s state of the art computer network system. She graduated from the University of Texas in 1985 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and is a member of the Washington State CPA Society.”
