A successful local food processing manufacturer wanted to utilize their existing assets to access capital for a new product launch.  Fortunately for them, their processing plant/office building was free and clear!

Designing a loan that accomplishes their goals without overleveraging was crucial.  Every short-term loan needs a viable take-out solution.  It is always tempting to accept a larger loan amount, but it can hinder future financing. 

All parties came to an agreement on a loan size that accomplishes their stated goal and doesn’t overlarge the property.
