This 10-unit project outside of Studio City in LA County was affordably priced and well sponsored. The applicants paid cash for the land, covered the soft costs and had permits in hand. While SFG’s staff still needed to complete the usual homework, both broker and client had already done their’s. The result was a closed construction loan and yet another example of how SFG can look beyond the turbulence to find opportunity when presented with experienced brokers and builders.
