The property was purchased out of receivership with multiple offers. The sponsors knew they had to close on time or lose out on this amazing value add deal which they had been working on for the past year.
The Offer
When the offer was accepted, their broker knew time was an issue as much as certainty. He knew who to call as he has worked with SFG in the past.
With multiple lenders interested in the deal the Broker recommended the sponsors go with the speed and more important certainty of SFG to close and fund the deal in time.
