Tucson can be a fickle marketplace for multi-family rental properties; truly a city where a Lender must consider
“location, location, location.”
So when a repeat borrower asked if we could move quickly on an 8-unit acquisition, the answer was “yes, of course.”
Next question “where is it located?”
When the answer came back one block from University of Arizona-the SFG team jumped in with both feet. Calling in all our resources from Brokers, to Appraisers, to Underwriters; boots were on the ground in Tucson the next day.
