Can you believe this…
The Property
This historic building (declared a Landmark Designation in 2010) was built in 1903 and located in the middle of downtown Redmond, Washington. Initially used as a community meeting place and entertainment hall, the building has remained close to its original form despite minor alterations.
The Story
The management team at this local restaurant had been working with a bank to exercise their option to purchase the well located property they operated from, via SBA. But after three months and zero loan certainty, the purchase agreement was fast expiring with an uncooperative seller. The borrower began seeking fast, alternative options and was referred to Seattle Funding Group.
The Solution
The call to SFG was received Monday, LOI signed Wednesday, closed on Friday. Really.
The Facts
Redmond is considered a technology hub anchored by several national companies such as Microsoft (2 miles SW of subject property), Nintendo, AT&T and Physio-Control. Redmond’s Bar and Grill lies right in the heart of the cute, walkable and growing downtown area.
