Seattle Funding Group’s most active lending programs are built around, highly responsive bridge financing, lot acquisition financing, and spec residential construction loans. In many cases, transactions can involve elements of all three.
In this example, Seattle Funding Group of California provided the responsive lot acquisition financing necessary to close escrow on the purchase of these two, well-located and finished lots in Marina del Rey. The Sponsor is already in the process of securing approval to build two spec houses, and SFG of CA will likely provide that financing, as well. Other examples of transactions involving both elements include financing the acquisition of existing houses for demo or major remodels, then coming back with the next round of financing once the project is permit ready.
