Perfect credit borrower needed to close on the purchase of office condominium before the purchase and sale expired. The conventional bank was not able to have their appraisal finished in time to close. Seller was not going to provide an extension so time became the issue. The broker has worked with SFG for years and knew we would get it done in time even without an appraisal.
