The borrower had always wanted to add on to his home, so he started, but ran short of the cash to finish. He was unaware how difficult it was to get bank financing when you don’t have a finished house! We stepped in, assessed there was sufficient equity, and provided the necessary capital for proper completion. Borrower’s plan is to finish the home then refinance.
