A top of the line California-based manufacturing/distribution company, with a prime City of Industry location, was in need of some short term operating capital. The cancellation of an order by a large national retailer caused this first class organization a need to pursue quick capital in advance of a previously planned refinance in the spring. Since all our loans have no prepayment penalty, borrower was set up for an easy exit in a few months.
