We have designed this blog as a fun place to share ideas, insights on various topics, short digestions of news articles we’ve read, quick “30 second or less” video clips…and maybe the occasional non-work related post.
A little bit about us:
Seattle Funding Group is a private money lender operating throughout most of the Western U.S. We are headquartered in Bellevue, WA with an office in San Diego, CA as well. Simply broken down, SFG offers three products:
- Construction Loans (new development, high-end fix and flips, broken projects)
- Highly Responsive Commercial/Bridge Loans
- High-End Residential Loans (Investment properties, Non-owner occupied rental properties)
We at Seattle Funding Group and our affiliated companies have operated on fundamental philosophies that have served us well over the last 27 years. Our goal is to share some of those philosophies with you, all while presenting it in a fun (we hope) easy to read fashion.
