SFG provides a variety of bridge or transitional loan programs built around two primary drivers – value-add opportunities and the need for responsiveness.
Value-add can take the form of ground-up construction, construction completion, asset repositioning, or a host of other market driven opportunities such as mid to high-level fix and flips. And every broker understands the need for responsiveness and deal certainty, whether in an acquisition or refinance context.
