Borrower needed some capital to clear up an issue with their bank. Bank was not being helpful and was forcing the borrower to move faster than traditional lending could handle. Their broker turned to SFG to handle the transition since time was of the essence. The borrower was able to meet the need the Bank’s deadlines and was able to take advantage of a short pay they had negotiated. Borrower was happy, Banker was happy, and the broker cannot stop talking about how easy it is to work with SFG!
