This highly successful businesswoman developed a portfolio of vacation rentals in San Diego’s Mission Beach community. Acquired one at a time beginning in the summer of 2011, her team transformed each into desirable, destination beach homes. In the process, her expert management and unique approach built a significant and sustained stream of income, and she advanced her operations to include award winning restaurants, boutique retail operations and other commercial development projects.
When the decision was made to replicate her successful vacation rental operations in Carmel-by-the-Sea, Seattle Funding Group quickly supported her latest vision. While wildly different in its nature than Mission Beach, Carmel’s appeal is international and will no doubt support her special brand of unique hospitality experiences.
